Our custom packages have been predesigned to meet the specific needs of endurance athletes and/or event demands. Each plan is purpose driven for athletes who need a structured program for events, disciplines or periods of training. Aeropro's period plans include based, build and race periodization. Our event focused plans will prepare athletes for the demands needed to complete Gran Fondo's, Century Rides, Mountain Climb Events and much more. Our final purpose built plans include specific discipline plans include: Road Races, Time Trial, Triathlon, Mountain Bike, Duathlon and Running.
Each program package includes basic Training Peaks account, 8-12 weeks of purpose driven workouts, initial zone development with assistance of a licensed coach, 2 follow up consults with your coach, endurance based strength program and the piece of mind you are getting a program that will provide results!!!

Step 2: Once you decide on a plan you have two options at this point. Option 1 purchase our plan directly from Training Peaks & follow the prompts to load up your training. Option 2 contact us to setup your Training Peaks account, confirm correct selection of plan and answer questions. BUY AEROPRO DIRECT!!
Step 3: Review your program & write out a list of questions for your Aeropro Coach. You can also complete zone development workouts so your coach can setup and explain training zones during consult call.
Aeropro designed plans allows you to select the level that best fits your need and commitment level. We offer 3 different categories for each event or discipline to align with athletes time budget and demands.
A Level: plans require athletes to have 1 year or more training foundation. This level of plan requires 8-20 hours of training time per week. Most plans will require a commitment of 5-6 days of training per week. Athletes should have a good understanding of basic training concepts, train with heart rate and pace is a must and power strongly advised.
A Level Athlete: Category 1,2 & 3 road racer's, Time Trialist 20/40k distance focus, Multi-Sport athlete Olympic to Ironman bike only focus, Multi-sport Olympic to Half IM distance, Mountain Bike Category 1,2 & 3 as well as endurance events, Advance level events in duration or intensity(Century or longer with climbing).
B Level: plans require athletes to have 6 months or more of training foundation. This level of plan requires 6-8 hours of training time per week. Most plans will require a commitment of 4-5 days of training per week. Athletes should have a basic level of understanding of training. Training with heart rate and pace important with power being optional.
B Level Athlete: Category 2, 3 & 4 road racer's, Time Trialist 15/30k distance focus, Multi-Sport athlete Olympic to Half IM bike ONLY focus, Multi-sport Olympic to Half IM distance, Mountain Bike Category 2, 3 & 4 as well as endurance events, basic level events in duration or intensity(40-60 miles).
C Level: plans do not require any prior training prerequisite. This level of plan requires 4-6 hours of training time per week. Most plans will require a commitment of 3-4 days of training per week. Athletes looking for a basic plan that does not require the use of any training devices or needing a entry level for future training.
C Level Athlete: Category 4 & 5 road racer's, Time Trialist 5/15k distance focus, Multi-Sport athlete Sprint to Olympic bike ONLY focus, Multi-sport Sprint to Olympic distance, Mountain Bike Category 4 & 5 as well as short endurance events, basic level events in duration or intensity (40-60 miles).
