Head coach, Bike Fitter, Road Racer and Multi-Sport Athlete.

Coach Roy founded Aeropro 5 years ago and has worked with some of the best athletes in the country. He takes an analytical approach that has a proven track record of success. Whether you are a new athlete or season professional Coach Roy has the skill set to work with all levels. Roy offers individual custom coaching, 1-on-1 consulting, in-person training, physiological testing and Retul bike fit services.

Coach Roy works with all levels of endurance athletes. His proven track record producing results for his athletes is widely known. He has worked with the cyclist, mountain bikes, runners, multi-sport athletes, rowers, climbers & fitness athletes. His philosophy is to get people to do things they never thought was possible.

Bachelor of Science in Biology University of Florida, Bachelor of Business Administration-Management/Finance, USAC Level 3 Coach, Training Peaks Level 1 Coach, WKO 4.0 advance knowledge & power guru, Pose Run Specialist, Retul Fit Certification, experienced Specialized BG & Guru, Aerodynamics Specialist, 1000's of hours logged in a wind tunnel, Prior USAT coach

High School Wrestling Coach. Coach beginner to the professional cyclist for past 10 years.Coaching Triathletes from Sprint to Ironman distance for 6 years. Worked with 5 hour Energy Kenda Pro Cycling Team, Hincapie U23, UK Youth Pro Cycling Team, and several regional based teams.100% of Aeropro athletes have completed Ironman. Worlds and National qualifiers in Triathlon and Cycling.  2 World Podium, 17 National Podiums & over 35 State Champs.
