Aeropro Zwift Meet-up

About the Event
Join us for our virtual base mile training ride on Zwift. This week the target is 2.5-3.0 watts per kilo for 50 minutes and finish with an all out 10 minutes. In order to accomodate various fitness levels please adjust your weight so you can keep up. We want you to be at endurance/tempo effort. So, if you need to drop your weight on the Zwift app do so prior to starting. By cutting your weight down this will inflate your strength and place you on an even playing field. Do not forget to adjust back after the Aeropro meet-up.
We will be doing these weekly to help you improve your base over the winter months. We will also include a link for "discord" so we can communicate with each other.
