About the Event

Join us for our virtual base mile training ride on Zwift.  Week number 3, we will change it up some.

In the first 20 minutes, we will hold 2.5-3.0 watts per kilo followed with 10 minutes at 3.0-3.5 watts per kilo after we will return for another round with 20 minutes at 2.5-3.0 watts per kilo and end with 10 minutes all out. 

- 20 minutes 2.5-3.0 watts per kilo

- 10 minutes 3-3.5 watts per kilo

- 20 minutes 2.5-3.0 watts per kilo

- 10 minutes all out

  To accommodate various fitness levels, please adjust your weight so you can keep up. We want you to be at endurance/tempo effort. So, if you need to drop your weight on the Zwift app, do so before starting.   By cutting your weight down, this will inflate your strength and place you on an even playing field.      Do not forget to adjust back after the Aeropro meet-up.


We will be doing these weekly to help you improve your base over the winter months.  We will also include a link for "discord" so we can communicate with each other.
