About the Event
Join us for our virtual base mile training ride on Zwift. Week number 4, NEW WKO!!
You will perform 50 minute crisscross WKO. 5 minutes hard or close to thresold with 5 minutes easy. Alternate back and forth for 5 rounds.
- 5 miunute warm up 2.0 wattsk per kilo
- 5:5 criss cross WKO
- 5 minutes 3.5 watts per kilo
- 5 minutes 1.5-2 watts per kilo (easy)
- Alternate back and forth for 5 rounds (50 minutes)
- 5 minutes easy cool down
To accommodate various fitness levels, please adjust your weight so you can keep up. We want you to be at endurance/tempo effort. So, if you need to drop your weight on the Zwift app, do so before starting. By cutting your weight down, this will inflate your strength and place you on an even playing field. Do not forget to adjust back after the Aeropro meet-up.
