Endurance Mastermind 

I have been coaching athletes of all levels for 11 years.   From newbie cyclist to World Champs, sprint triathlons to Ironman and everyone in between.   I have worked with mountain climbers, rowers, runners, hikers and even MMA Fighters.    I am fortunate to have a wide bandwidth in all areas of endurance sports.   I have even worked in a wind tunnel. 

I have started this group to help others reduce the uncertainty when it comes to endurance training.  Nutrition, fueling, strength, workouts, technology, power, aero, bike fit and anything else related to improving your endurance experience.   

I have learned a great deal by working with close to 700 athletes.   Each one of these athletes helped me gain experience and knowledge that I will pass along to you.

HOW IT WORKS

The endurance mastermind is a private group focused on reducing the learning curve.  There are a lot of training programs on the market today.  Our focus with this group will be to answer all your questions and provide information that will help you train more efficient and effective.  Whether you are self-coached or following a training program.   We can help guide you through the endurance training journey..  

EACH month we will have two 90 minute ZOOM coaching calls with all our members.   We will field questions on any topic as it relates to endurance sports training..   During these calls we will learn from each other.  Each call will be recorded for future viewing.   There will also have featured guest from time to time.  We will show you real case studies of athletes we have worked with.  What has worked, what hasn't and why.

 

 ALL topics will be covered including bike fit, training metrics, how to perform certain workouts, nutrition, gear, POWER, key terms, strength and much more.
